Why?
[INTROFUTURE] is a simple way to introduce organizations and their members to the world of the future, which is generally but not intimately known as a capacity and skill in the practice of prospecting the future and its analysis. This introduction aims to highlight the importance of such knowledge in order to better navigate our dynamic and uncertain world.

For who?
This introduction is for everyone:
- Senior managers and board members
- Middle managers and those responsible for innovation, strategy, and risk management
- Teams and individuals needed for effective participatory foresight.
The delivery
This introduction would have a minimum duration of 2 hours and at best 4 hours. In prospective, the more people there are, the more there are future participants, an ideal minimum of 20+ participants is desirable.

The advantages
Such an introduction helps participants demystify what the future is and understand how it is created so that everyone can gain a sense of choice and agency over the future, as well as a realization of the importance of determining the future rather than allowing it to determine itself. This ownership and determination greatly reduces the insecurity and uncertainty of not knowing and thus not being able to do it with all the desired competence.
